Alison Henderson
Comes from a cooking and teaching background, having trained and worked at Ballymaloe Cookery School in Ireland and most recently, managing Colstoun Cookery School here in Scotland.Now freelance, she works as an Events chef on weddings and bespoke dinner parties and as a forager, delivering foraging and cookery workshops and Wild Pop Up dinners with The Woodland Collective.SPECIALIST SUBJECTS

Richard Irvine
One-time slater, chef on a private yacht and (mainly) brand consultant, Richard has had a passion for food all his life. Having quit his lifetime 30-a-day habit during lockdown, he has now turned to smoking of a different kind.SPECIALIST SUBJECTS

Christopher Trotter
Christopher is a renowned chef with over 30 years experience, including Michelin-starred restaurants. He is a food writer, campaigner, broadcaster and holds the title (among others) of Fife Food Ambassador.SPECIALIST SUBJECTS

Amy Rankine
With an MSc in Gastronomy and a lifelong passion for nature, Amy is an expert Member of the Foraging Society and delivers foraging courses and events all across Scotland and beyond. Charlotte Flower
Charlotte is a forester by training, working overseas in anti-poverty work for many years. Returning to Scotland, she established Charlotte Flower Chocolates, making unique hand-made chocolates imbued with the flavour of locally foraged flowers, herbs and more.SPECIALIST SUBJECTS
